By using this website or contacting Nexus Land Developers about land, you agree to these terms. Information on the site is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer until a formal agreement is signed.

All land listings are subject to availability and verification. Prices and details may change. We reserve the right to update content and terms without prior notice.

Site visits and transactions are subject to separate agreements. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence in addition to the checks we facilitate.

Listings and prices

Sizes, locations, reference numbers and prices describe the land at the time we published them. A parcel can sell or change without notice, so confirm the details with an agent before you travel to see it.

Currency conversion

The currency buttons on each listing convert the price from Ugandan shillings using fixed, approximate rates. The converted figure is a guide. The price you pay is the one written in your sale agreement.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp, email or a phone call does not reserve a parcel or create a sale. The written agreement between you and the seller governs any sale.

Other websites

Links to WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube open those services, which apply their own terms and privacy rules.

Privacy policy

We collect information you provide when you enquire (name, phone, email, preferred location and size). This is used only to respond to your enquiry and to improve our service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary details with agents or partners only to complete a transaction you have requested.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing nexuslanddevelopers@gmail.com.

The enquiry form

The form on the home page does not send your details to a server of ours. It builds a message on your device and opens WhatsApp with that message filled in. The message reaches us when you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply from that point.

Fonts

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page opens.

Cookie policy

This site may use essential cookies for theme preference and basic analytics. We do not use advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Theme preference is stored locally on your device so the site remembers light or dark mode.
