Mityana
Mityana Town sits on the Kampala to Fort Portal road, west of the capital. The district is farming country where coffee, matooke and maize are common crops. Demand comes from farmers and from families who want a home outside Kampala, and we sell farm land and plots here.
Mubende
Mubende lies further west on the same Kampala to Fort Portal road. Parcels here run larger, which suits buyers who want more acreage for crops or livestock.
Kasanda
Kasanda used to be part of Mubende District before it became a district of its own. We list farm and residential options here, in an area that keeps growing.
Busunju
Busunju is a town in Mityana District on the Kampala to Hoima road, about 59 kilometres by road northwest of Kampala. We sell farm land here, with road links toward the capital.
Wakiso Town
Wakiso Town is the headquarters of Wakiso District, about 18 kilometres northwest of Kampala on the Kampala to Hoima road. Plots here, often 50 by 100, suit buyers who want to stay near the city.
Kakiri
Kakiri is a town in Wakiso District, about 30 kilometres by road northwest of Kampala on the Kampala to Hoima highway. We sell plots and smaller farm pieces here.
Mwera

Namayumba
Namayumba is a town in Wakiso District, about 47 kilometres northwest of Kampala on the Kampala to Hoima road and about 7 kilometres from Busunju. Buyers who plan for the longer term will find titled parcels here.

Distance from Kampala shapes daily life on a plot. Land near Wakiso Town suits someone who commutes to the city, while land around Namayumba or Busunju means a longer drive and more room. Decide how often you will travel to Kampala, then choose the area.
